Loupit Cashback

Corporate travel cashback: credits for every smart booking decision

When eligible under your company travel program, bookings earn cashback credits. The rules are configurable: follow the policy, book in advance, choose economy when policy allows business, or book a hotel. Who receives the credit — company, requester, approver or manager — your company decides.

How Loupit cashback works

Cashback is an incentive layer inside the travel program: the company sets the rules, the platform measures booking behavior and credits automatically.

  1. 1

    The company sets the rules

Which behaviors earn credit, the percentage or fixed amount per rule, and who the beneficiary is.

  2. 2

    The booking is evaluated

At booking, Loupit checks policy, advance purchase, cabin, supplier and accommodation to decide eligibility.

  3. 3

    The credit is calculated

Every rule met earns credit, recording which rule was fulfilled and the corresponding amount.

  4. 4

    The balance is visible

Company and traveler follow the balance per trip, per rule and per beneficiary, with an audit trail.

Examples of rules that earn credit

These are common examples. Each company picks which ones to enable, with what weight and which caps — the goal is to reward decisions that cut total travel cost.

Follow the travel policy

Booking inside policy, with no exception or justification, earns credit for the right decision.

Book in advance

Bookings made within the company's minimum advance window earn credit, because average fares drop.

Pick the economy cabin

If policy allows business and the traveler chooses economy, the savings can turn into credit.

Stay at a booked hotel

Using accommodation booked in the platform, instead of off-program bookings, can also earn credit.

Choose the best compared offer

Accepting the cheapest option among compared agencies and suppliers can be rewarded with credit.

Close expenses on time

Submitting expenses and receipts within the policy deadline is another behavior the company can encourage.

Who gets the credit? Your company decides.

Cashback can stay with the company, go to whoever made the right choice, or be split across the people in the flow. It is configured per rule and per profile.

Company

The credit returns to the company as a direct travel cost reduction, visible in the spend report.

Requester / traveler

Whoever chose the cheaper option receives the credit as a personal incentive.

Approver

Whoever approved inside policy and on time can be rewarded for keeping governance.

Manager / cost center

The credit can be assigned to the area manager or to the cost center that saved.

The split can be mixed — part to the company and part to the traveler, for instance. Talk to the Loupit team to design your program model.

Cashback with governance and audit

Incentives only work when they are auditable. Every credit comes from a recorded rule and stays traceable end to end.

  • Each credit shows the rule met, the source trip and the beneficiary
  • Caps per period, per traveler and per cost center
  • Full audit trail, exportable to the ERP and to internal audit
  • Cashback reports alongside the trip spend report
  • Versioned rules: you know which policy applied on the booking date

Where the accumulated credits can be used

When available, the balance can offset new bookings — including leisure trips booked on the same platform.

  • Discount on new eligible corporate bookings
  • Redemption on leisure and bleisure travel inside Loupit
  • Credit returned to the cost center as a spend reduction
  • Balance visible in the app, with a statement per trip and per rule
