Loupit is a technology platform (travel tech) that connects companies to corporate travel agencies and manages expenses. This policy explains how we handle the personal data collected by the platform and the website.

We collect signup data (name, corporate email, phone, company and role), travel data (requests, approvals, bookings and expenses) and usage data (navigation, device and platform interactions). Payment data is processed by specialized providers and not stored by Loupit.

We use the data to enable search and comparison between agencies, enforce travel policy, process approvals and expenses, provide support, meet legal obligations and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Sharing
We share data only with the agencies your company selected for comparison, payment providers, cloud hosting and analytics tools — always under contract and for a specific purpose.

Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations. After that period, data is deleted or anonymized.
