Acceptance
By accessing or using the Loupit platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Service
Loupit is a travel tech that connects companies to corporate travel agencies and offers search, comparison, booking, approval and expense management. Loupit is not a travel agency: ticket issuance and the provision of travel services are the responsibility of the selected agencies.
Signup and responsibilities
Signup is free. The company is responsible for the accuracy of its information, the configuration of the travel policy and the use of the account by its authorized users.
Approvals and governance
Every booking follows the rules and approval flows configured by the company. Loupit enforces these rules on the platform, but the final decision on each trip belongs to the company and its approvers.
Payments
Payments for travel and expenses are processed by specialized providers. Fares, fees and rules from each agency apply as shown at the time of booking.
Acceptable use
It is forbidden to use the platform for illegal, fraudulent or third-party-rights-violating purposes. Loupit may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Intellectual property
The Loupit brand, the platform and its contents are protected by copyright and other laws. Content generated by the company remains its property.
Limitation of liability
Loupit acts as a technology intermediary. It is not responsible for delays, cancellations or failures of travel suppliers. Liability is limited to the applicable terms of current legislation.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page, with the update date.
